Delivery outside Continental USA:
Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility. Orders can be placed by calling us directly, fax or online using our shopping cart as indicated. Orders and quote requests can also be E-mailed by clicking on the Contact Us button to the left. (Order confirmation will be sent to you via E-mail after the order is placed.)

Foreign, or international, shipments are assessed a $25.00 handling fee per order. All orders must be pre-paid and actual shipping charges will be included. Depending upon shipment destination and size of order, different shipping methods are available. Ask your salesperson for available options.
Payment Terms:
We accept: VISA, MC, American Express and check. The Charge for credit card purchases will appear on your Credit Card Statement as: Gill Metal Fab, the manufacturer of ModuLine Aluminum Cabinets and Accessories.
Payment by check must be received and processed prior to shipment.
Custom and sizable orders require 50% down with payment in full before shipment.
Shipping:
We ship almost entirely by common carrier and UPS. For expedited shipping please call us. Shipments are made FOB Brockton, MA with shipping and handling charges prepaid and added to the invoice. In the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork you sign and contact us as soon as possible. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. If the damage is concealed please call the transportation carrier for inspection of damaged goods. All original shipping materials, crates, boxes, and containers must be saved. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts after claim has been filed and settled. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage that occurs during transit. We make no guarantee of expressed or implied delivery times. You are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item.
Price:
Due to the dynamic nature of the market and our services, prices are subject to change without prior notice. In case of significant discrepancies between the posted and then current prices, we will inform the customer prior to processing the charges.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your Moduline purchase, please call 888-343-4463 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Custom product or product that has been installed or abused may not be returned under any circumstances. For all other products, if the item is returned in the original packaging, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to Moduline within 30 calendar days from original shipment date. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories that may have been included with the product. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Additional fees will be charged for any product not in salable condition.
Limited Warranty:
ModuLine guarantees that all cabinets and accessories are free from defects in material and workmanship. Moduline reserves the right to revise product specification and prices.
